Books As Earrings

So, there is the challenge going around, #BooksAsOutfits. You may not have heard about it or seen it because it’s mainly on book geek twitter. But it’s a challenge that has intrigued me, for obvious reasons. Combining my two loves? I’m all in. I’ve been thinking about it for a few weeks but I can’t even find the energy to think of getting dressed and maybe slightly made up. But I really want in, a conundrum? Not really. Here enters , #BooksAsEarrings. I was able to do this challenge in the comfort of my pajamas and practice my flat-lay photography skills while doing so. Sounds like a win to me.

As I searched through my collection, I realized that I have a lot of feelings for earrings, in particular vintage ones and then I remembered that there was a point in my life where I bought earrings almost every Friday evening, “as a treat”. In my defense they were cheap.

So here goes, some beautiful books and the earrings that represent them.
